Meet Dr. Otto Huertas
Dr. Otto Huertas at Dallas Cosmetic Center is a cosmetic surgeon who has served men and women the Dallas, TX area for more than 25 years. He is a highly recognized leader in female genital cosmetic surgery, advanced liposculpture, abdominoplasty, and fat grafting techniques. Dr. Huertas trained in Beverly Hills, CA under the famous Dr. David L. Matlock who is the founder of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute and a recurring doctor showcased on the television show Dr. 90210 .
He has dedicated his practice to improving women’s beauty and wellbeing by providing personalized attention with the highest standard of care. Dr. Huertas spends countless hours educating his patients prior to surgery and takes meticulous care of them during their surgery and recovery period. He is known for individualizing treatment based on each patient’s surgical and nonsurgical needs. Skills And Specialties
Dr. Huertas is one of the pioneers in Dallas, TX of office-based liposculpture. Since 2006, he has performed more than 1,000 in-office liposculpture procedures with patients under local anesthesia. He has mastered several types of liposuction modalities including laser lipolysis, ultrasonic, vibroacoustic, and power-assisted liposculpturing. His experience, expertise, and surgical skills have made Dr. Huertas one of Dallas’ leading liposuction and pelvic reconstruction surgeons.
Education & Training
Dr. Huertas attended the University of Charleston, WV where he was elected into the Scientific Honor Society Ki Beta Phi for his outstanding achievements in the field of biology.
In 1994 he graduated medical school from Ponce School of Medicine and went to complete general surgery internship training at Boston University surgery residency program. From here he added four more years of residency training in gynecology at Puerto Rico University Hospital Medical Center.
Dr. Huertas has also completed post graduate training in cosmetic gynecology with acclaimed surgeon Dr. Matlock at The Laser Vaginal rejuvenation Institute in Beverly Hills, California. He has also done additional cosmetic surgery training at the Pelosi Medical Center at Boston Bayonne New Jersey. Since 2000, Dr. Huertas has been in private practice in Texas having performed thousands of successful surgeries and cutting edge procedures for patients from different states and countries.

Dr. Otto Huerta is a specialist in bioidentical hormones and since I made the decision to undergo hormone treatment I feel super well and very happy with energy, my skin is not dry and the joints of the bones do not hurt during menopause.
